Birth doula services offer compassionate, heart-centered support for those walking the sacred path of pregnancy and birth. A birth doula holds space before, during, and after labor—honoring birth as a transformative life passage, not just a medical event. Through presence, intuition, and evidence-based care, a doula supports the mother and their loved ones in feeling safe, empowered, and deeply connected to their inner wisdom.
Doulas do not replace medical providers. Instead, they work alongside healthcare teams to support the family's preferences, comfort, and emotional well-being.
Basic Birth Package 1 – $1,000
*One Google Meet consultation 15-30 minutes
• 1 Prenatal Appointment: In-person (typically around 28–32 weeks) We’ll go over your birth plan, discuss labor positions, and work on fear-releasing techniques.
• Labor & Delivery Support: Continuous support during labor and delivery and typically stay for about an hour after birth.

Birth Doula Packages
Deluxe Birth Package 2 – $1,500
*One Google Meet consultation 15-30 minutes
• First Prenatal Appointment: Virtual (around 28 weeks): We’ll review your birth wishes and plan, answer any questions, and go over medical terminology if necessary.
• Second Prenatal Appointment: In-person (around 32–34 weeks): A hands-on session to practice positioning, breathing techniques, and involve your partner (if available). We’ll also do a fear-releasing techniques and check in on how you’re feeling.
• Labor & Delivery Support: Continuous support during labor and delivery and typically stay for about an hour after birth.
• Postpartum Visit: In-person (2-3 weeks after birth): We’ll process your labor and delivery experience, check in on your physical and emotional recovery, provide feeding support, and offer referrals if needed.
